did you ever try to figure out what the hell you're doing with out having all the facts? "dear god i love that feeling," he says, dripping with sarcasm.
i'm debating on a home equity loan or line of credit and basically i'm finding that if you plan on defaulting on your loan, you loose your house....no shit sherlock. what about those of us who have no intention of defaulting and just don't want to get fucked by the "man" as it were? where the hell can we find anything remotely resembling decent, un-slanted advice?
